i was disappointed with our room it was not what i expected we got a normal room the tv was not showing good it was like watching antenna and not cable the food prepared did not all have good taste it was not up to my liking

The entertainment team performed great shows each night. They danced very well and exhibited extra energy. The gardening and water sports staff were also friendly and helpful. Joseph welcomed us upon arrival with a smile and assisted with carrying bags to our rooms.

the staff displayed friendliness and accommodating behavior. our cottage provided a relaxed vacation. the grounds were well maintained. the beach offered wonderful views. i enjoyed the food, especially the jerk pork served at the buffet, which tasted delicious.

the main pool was very loud, and it lacked sufficient umbrellas. finding shade there proved difficult during the hotter parts of the day. also, reserving sunbeds was difficult due to people putting towels on them very early in the morning.

the staff was very attentive to needs. i find the team worked diligently to address guest requests. this level of attentiveness added value to our stay. they also promptly replenished water in the room.
